Once we have agreed an installation date, our team of professional, fully qualified installers can have your new broadband connection up and running in less than 1 day.
As our solution uses 4G and 3G signals to provide the broadband connection, there is no need to dig up roads, pathways or fields to install underground cabling.


The Access Broadband 4G Router is mounted externally at height, usually first floor or roof level, and is connected to a compatible internal WiFi router/modem (which we can also supply as an option) via external grade Ethernet cabling. Using Ethernet cable reduces any loss of speed to a minimum.
No. The equipment we provide uses specially designed antennas, that find the best 4G/3G connection and will even hunt out the best connection, if the network around your office changes.

Typical installations are on a roof or wall above head height, which does help improve the signal recieved by our equipment.

Once one of our Engineers are on site, they will discuss the best location for mounting the equipment with you.

This depend on your businesses individual IT set-up. We would confirm the need for a static IP address with you before arranging for an installation.

If you let us know one month in advance of your intended moving day, we will arrange for a de-install at your old business address and a re-install at your new address on your chosen moving date, at no extra cost.
Sometime know as the SuperConnected Cities programme, the Voucher Scheme is a UK government initiative aimed at helping small businesses get faster internet speeds.

Financial help is available to eligible business towards the cost of installing our monitored superfast broadband Service.

You must be an Small Medium Enterprise, registered charity, social enterprise, or sole trader.

You employ less than 249 people or volunteers.

Your turnover is less than £41,000,000 and your balance sheet is less than £35,000,000.

You have received less than £140,000 in public grants in the last three years.

You do not have a parent company or a linked enterprise that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

The connection is for a business or home office located in one of 50 cities in the United Kingdom. You an check if your postcode is valid here on the BDUK Website.

You can use the voucher to cover installation costs (excluding the VAT element), but not our monthly service fees.

If you operate over multiple sites or have a home office, all in the same area, you can use a single BDUK Connection Voucher for a number of installations.

We are unable to make an application on your behalf although we can guide you through the process. Once you have a quote from us, you can make an application on the BDUK Website.
